Shipping

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order

We provide U.S. and International Shipping with tracking on all items.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-14 business days. Most orders are received within 10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please Note- The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

During holidays or times of high demand (COVID-19), orders may take 10 – 15 business days to ship.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Customers will accept all responsibility, cost, and risk for any lost items.

We are not liable for any packages that may get lost in the shipping process. 

 

International orders may also incur Government Custom Agency Fees. We do not cover or reimburse any fees that customers will have to pay to their Government Custom Agencies to retrieve their packages.
